Initial Office Visit
An initial visit is a 90-minute treatment. It involves a full medical intake, diagnosis and initial acupuncture treatment.
Follow-Up Visit
Each follow up visit is a 60-minute treatment. It involves a shorter medical intake followed by an acupuncture treatment.
Botanical Medicine
Chinese herbs are an important part of treatment and as such, will often be prescribed in conjunction with acupuncture. Herbal formulas are offered in pill form. The cost of herbs varies dependent on the type prescribed.
Clinic Policies
Payment for treatment is due at the end of each session. Cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, FSA or HSA cards, as well as Tap To Pay cards are acceptable forms of payment. Patients should check with their insurance company to find out about their coverage. Upon request, we offer patients super bills that they can submit to their insurer for reimbursement. Insurance does not cover the price of herbs.
We ask that patients provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the missed session.
